LUMIWOOD Aqua is a 3D aquarium simulation where you keep tropical fish and medaka in a tank in your room. Start by cycling the water, bring fish home, feed them, change the water and clean off algae, and aquascape with plants and driftwood. You can even keep koi and goldfish in a garden pond.

How to playHow to play, step by step

1. Cycle the waterA brand-new tank has few bacteria to break down waste. For the first 2–3 weeks keep few fish, feed lightly and change water often.
2. Bring fish homePick fish at the shop. Check the shop and the fish guide for the right temperature and tank size.
3. Feed and change the waterFeed once or twice a day — leftovers foul the water. Waste (nitrate) only goes down with water changes, so aim for once a week.
4. Keep the right temperatureTropical fish need a heater. Medaka and shrimp do fine without one. If the tank gets too warm in summer, add an aquarium chiller.
5. Breed and aquascapePut a male and female medaka, guppy or shrimp in the breeding box to raise young. Aquascape with plants, stones and driftwood and enter contests.
